Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 support for assigned business applications and systems, triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and, when necessary, escalates issues.
• Monitor system health and help address incidents, outages, and recurring problems through proactive problem management.
• Perform basic system administration tasks such as user access requests, configuration changes, and routine maintenance following change control procedures.
• Document issues and solutions by creating and maintaining knowledge articles, SOPs, and runbooks, typically in ServiceNow/ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with other IT teams and vendors (network, server, database, security, and application owners) to drive resolution of technical issues.
• Support testing and deployments, including UAT support, regression checks, validating fixes, and rollout assistance.
