Systems Analyst

is a senior, hands‑on technical role within AiGC’s Information Technology Division that reports to the Manager, Business Applications and is responsible for the configuration, integration, implementation, and on‑going support of the organization’s business applications across their full‑lifecycle – from initial design, technical build through testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement. The role functions as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with operational needs. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role builds deep internal technical knowledge, applies hands‑on configuration and development skills to extend platform functionality, and contributes to a secure, well‑integrated, and scalable application environment that supports AiGC's current operations and future growth.
