Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain clear documentation
- Execute system configurations and report build-outs using various SaaS-based tools
- Develop reporting solutions to support operational and business performance analysis
- Perform initial triage on reported issues and coordinate resolution with vendors
- Monitor data integrity across systems and perform validation
- Act as a technical liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders

Requirements
