Job Purpose
Drives systems initiatives by acting as a technical resource, partnering with the Talent Manager and HR Analyst to manage projects, document and improve processes, translate business needs into system solutions, documents and improves processes, and supports a strategic, continuous improvement approach to system enhancements.
Note: This role reports into HR but is primarily a technical resource and does not require prior HR experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead assigned systems projects and programs from planning through to implementation
- Establish and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource coordination to ensure successful delivery
- Using JIRA, track and report on project performance, ensuring progress across multiple initiatives
