Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications in an environment requiring 24/7 uptime
- Respond to inbound requests for on-premises and hosted clients within prescribed service levels
- Monitor, document, and manage the resolution process in a timely manner, while effectively communicating status with clients to maintain a high rate of client satisfaction
- Troubleshoot system components using proven techniques for IT data center analysis and evaluation
- Perform SQL database backups and restores and run variable queries
- Set up, troubleshoot, and support advanced software integrations across multiple platforms
- Follow established change management procedures
