Role Overview

Lead the Systems Team responsible for reliable, secure, and scalable operations across IT, cloud/server infrastructure, hosting platforms, and Live Production Support (LPS). Combine hands‑on systems administration with people leadership, setting priorities, improving processes, and ensuring strong service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, sharp Systems team
• Run agile workflows and keep work moving with clear priorities
• Own IT operations, including access, endpoints, processes, and documentation
• Drive security practices such as patching, access control, and incident readiness
