Job Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Azure Cloud platforms.
• Administer and manage the organization's Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and related services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Online, and monitor the service including off‑time, migrations, updates, and patching.
