Responsibilities

• Server & Infrastructure Operations
  Maintain and support the server, storage, virtualization, and SAN infrastructure that runs the Lorval group. Monitor performance and availability, keeping the environment clean and proactive.
• Identity & Access Management
  Administer Active Directory and Entra ID: user accounts, group policy, conditional access, role assignments, and related identity services.
• Microsoft 365 Administration
  Own the Microsoft 365 tenant—Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive—ensuring security, compliance, and governance.
• Security Hardening
  Collaborate with the Manager of IT Infrastructure & Security on patching cadence, endpoint protection, and daily security hygiene.
