Lattice is a global community of engineers, designers, and manufacturing operations specialists developing programmable logic solutions. The position focuses on documentation, support operations, scripting, and integration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Documentation: Update and maintain the Ticketing User Guide, Admin Wiki, and ESS portal training materials; maintain version control and changelog.
- Operations Support: Monitor incoming inquiries, convert them into Zoho Desk tasks, manage email triage, and coordinate follow‑ups with team members.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Assist in managing the Inventory System, validating entries, and generating reports.
- Special Requests: Handle account information changes, generate reports, update system configurations, and provide basic troubleshooting for forms, access, and workflow issues.
- Queue Management: Monitor daily queue health, SLA warnings, and escalations.
