Systems Administration
As a System Administrator for the Integrated Manufacturing Execution Layer (IMEL), you will oversee the complete lifecycle of IT systems supporting manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing business efficiency and productivity through the analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement of IMEL systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—inclusive of business users, machine OEMs, and project managers—to ensure seamless integration and achievement of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT Operations Systems within the IMEL scope (Manufacturing/Logistics/QA).
- Serve as the primary contact for users, assisting with issue resolution, requests, and system challenges.
- Gather and analyze incident data, determine root causes, and drive permanent solutions, collaborating with other IT support teams as needed.
