Job Overview
We are looking for a System Support Analyst to maintain and administer our company's networked system of computers. The system administrator's responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, hardware & network infrastructure, network security, and other system management tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
