Key Responsibilities:

Perform Windows Server OS patching using tools such as Datto RMM / Auvik Network monitoring. Apply security patches and updates for third-party software installed on servers. Fix Vulnerabilities reported in internal and external audits along with documentation for future use,. Perform Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration (2019/2022 or 2025). Manage and administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services. Ensure effective backup and restoration processes using tools like Datto backup, Acronis Cloud or similar.
