  • Develop, update, and standardize HR systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Draft, review, and revise company policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with IT and HR teams in the implementation or enhancement of HRIS and other operational systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new or revised systems and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company standards, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to system improvements and policy updates.
  • Provide support and training to departments on new procedures or policy changes.

Job Qualifications:
