Roles and Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when required. Network & Security
• Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.

User Support

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
