System Interface Manager (Toronto)

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all technical and functional interfaces between project systems and subsystems. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Interface Management Plan and Interface Control Documents for all systems. Identify, document, and track physical, functional, and data interfaces between systems and external stakeholders. Chair and facilitate interface coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies. Manage the interface register and resolve interface issues promptly. Coordinate with the System Integration Manager to align interface requirements with overall system integration. Establish interface verification and validation procedures to confirm system interoperability. Monitor and report on interface management status, risks, and issues to project leadership.
