System Interface Manager (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all technical and functional interfaces between project systems and subsystems.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Interface Management Plan and Interface Control Documents for all systems.
• Identify, document, and track physical, functional, and data interfaces between systems and external stakeholders.
• Chair and facilitate interface coordination meetings with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies.
• Manage the interface register and resolve interface issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the System Integration Manager to align interface requirements with overall system integration.
• Establish interface verification and validation procedures to confirm system interoperability.
• Monitor and report on interface management status, risks, and issues to project leadership.
