What You Would Do in This Role

The System Integration Specialist sits at the intersection of engineering data, application development and emerging AI tooling. This role is for someone who can move fast – building integrations, automating workflows, and developing practical AI‑powered applications that serve both Vista internal operations and client‑facing project delivery.

This is not a traditional IT role. The right candidate thinks like an engineer, builds like a developer, and is energized by applying AI tools to real industrial problems.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototyping and deploying internal tools and AI‑assisted applications (LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, workflow automation)
• Designing and maintaining ETL/data integrations between engineering platforms (AVEVA, Plant 3D, document management systems, databases)
