System Implementation & Change Management Manager

Description: Support the client in implementing an in-house query management and KPI monitoring platform across all APAC locations. The primary scope covers the deployment of the solution within Global Banking Operations, including Cash Operations, Trade Services & Supply Chain, and Credit Operations. In addition, provide regional oversight and governance for the remaining APAC deployments within Global Markets Operations and offshore entity, partnering closely with client project managers to monitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with overall program objectives, timelines, and adoption targets.
