Job Summary

The Systems Engineering Sub-Discipline Manager provides systems engineering support throughout the project lifecycle from requirements analysis and design, through development, integration, test and acceptance, to integrate electronic systems on commercial and military platforms. The role supports the Manager, Systems Engineering in improving best practices, processes, tools and governance within the Systems Engineering discipline. Acts as primary point of contact on complex subjects, takes an educational role to raise discipline excellence, mentors and coaches engineers, and helps deliver competitive solutions within a multidisciplinary environment.

Reporting

Reports to the Manager, Systems Engineering.
