- Advanced PowerShell scripting for deployment automation and system configuration
- Strong hands‑on experience with Windows OS imaging and customization in enterprise or retail environments
- Expertise with MDT , PXE , and bare‑metal deployment workflows
- Solid knowledge of PC hardware fundamentals , including BIOS/UEFI, chipsets, and system configuration
- Excellent communication skills
Additional Skills
- Working knowledge of POS systems and peripheral device integration
- Knowledge of GIT/GITHUB
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management tools is a plus
- Monitoring tools – Splunk, Datadog, Docker
