Manage and monitor IT systems and infrastructure (servers, storage systems, backup & recovery, phone system, video conferencing system, UPS, server/ LAN rooms, etc) to ensure high availability, performance & security.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure highest level of system availability and performance, respond to critical alerts including potential cybersecurity exploits.
- Install, configure, test and maintain servers' operating system and hardware including latest mandatory and security patches.
- Maintain up-to-date server and hardware inventory list and develop SOP documents.
- Continuous work improvement in operational efficiency through automation scripts, implementation of new technology and knowledge sharing.
- Lead and participate in assigned projects.
- Upgrade and renewal of IT systems/ hardware/ software in a timely manner.
- Support IT helpdesk activities and backup teammates when needed.
