Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor IT systems and infrastructure (servers, storage systems, backup & recovery, phone system, video conferencing system, UPS, server/ LAN rooms, etc) to ensure high availability, performance & security.
Ensure highest level of system availability and performance, respond to critical alerts including potential cybersecurity exploits.
Install, configure, test and maintain servers' operating system and hardware including the latest mandatory and security patches, etc.
Maintain up-to-date server and hardware inventory list and develop SOP documents.
