Gather business requirements from users and coordinate with Odoo vendors/IT for system development and enhancement. Coordinate system implementation, configuration updates, and operational improvements. Support the transition from manual processes to standardized Odoo workflows. Testing & Go-live Support
Coordinate UAT, validate business processes, and track issues before Go-live. Work with vendors and users to ensure system readiness and successful deployment. System Operations & User Support
