What Will Your Day Look Like?
The System Coordinator- Customer Service, will be responsible for end-to-end system coordination and back‑office support for Customer Service and Field Sales operations within the Sales & Distribution domain. The role ensures seamless integration between field sales applications and SAP, monitors transactional flow, supports trade and commercial activities, and acts as a key coordination point between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Field Sales & Customer Service System Support
- Provide operational and system support to Field Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Support Field Sales applications including Journey Plan updates and OTP generation for pre‑sales activities.
- Handle Consumer App CRM cases and ensure timely resolution.
