System Controller Trainer at AESO

Shape the future of Alberta’s energy grid as a System Controller Trainer at AESO. You'll create and deliver critical training programs to ensure NERC compliance and prepare system controllers for certification.
This role reports to the Manager of Training and Compliance Delivery. You’ll develop, maintain, and enhance the System Controller Training Program using the ADDIE model, integrating Human Performance Improvement tools into course materials. Deliver training sessions for groups of learners while maintaining records as a NERC continuing education provider.
