system Application Analyst

Responsibilities:

. Daily Support of business application system / CRM application.
. Liaising & Interact with business users & Vendor closely regard to application supports.
Able to make a presentation and convey system solutions to team and development team.
. Requirement Gathering, conducting requirements analysis and preparing proposals (technical specification).
. Application testing and development. Conduct testing together with business users.
. Application Implementation and providing training to user.

Requirements:
. bachelor's degree with coursework in information systems or computer science preferred or equivalent experience.
. At least two (2) years' experience working with administrative business application systems.
. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Attention to details.
. Presentation skills.
. Able to work well in Team and independently.
