On behalf of our client, TEEMA is recruiting for a Systems Analyst. This is a Permanent position and candidates must be located in Vancouver and have strong background with Workday Configuration.
Experience and Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, with global project experience with enterprise systems.
- Minimum 3 years of Workday configuration experience in one or more of the following work streams: HCM, PATT (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking), Talent & Performance, Learning, Advanced & Core Compensation, Integrations, and Reporting.
- Experience with HR processes and best practices, with demonstrated ability to align technology solutions to business goals and user needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating technical and functional challenges and delivering meaningful solutions that improve the digital people experience.
