- We are seeking an experienced System Analyst with strong expertise in legacy Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics applications, preferably with hands-on experience in Ingram Micro's IMFirst platform.
- The ideal candidate will support business analysis, system analysis, production support, requirement documentation, issue triage, and coordination between business and technical teams across global time zones.
- Must have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows including inbound/outbound, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory adjustments, returns, and order fulfillment.
- Responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting current-state workflows, system behavior, data flows, interfaces, and translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
