Primary escalation contact for local PSG IT Service Issues / Requests
- Partner with site business leaders including XLT/SLT to leverage corporate shared services to deliver best in class service for the local PSG site(s)
- Champion innovation by leveraging the global IT community of practice to drive technology efficiencies.
- Establish and adhere to objectives, budgets, schedules, and work plans as required by the local site(s) and PSG Organization
- Prioritize and manage local technology projects and responsibilities to meet business objectives.
- Support regulatory and audit compliance for IT systems by coordinating with local and global Quality and Technology groups.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into support services.
- Adapt to rapidly changing business needs and recommend scalable technology solutions.
- Perform desktop, local network, server, enterprise storage and virtualization technology troubleshooting where applicable.
