Overview
The System Analyst is responsible for analyzing business and system requirements, designing, developing, configuring and supporting technology solutions for MUFG Retirement Solutions in Hong Kong. As part of a local technology function, this role is expected to provide broad coverage across system development, application configuration, data extraction, reporting and operational support to ensure effective service delivery, reduce key-person dependency and strengthen business continuity. The role will work closely with Technology, Operations, Business Analysis, Risk and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs, operational priorities, internal technology standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
