Must Have
- Diagnose and resolve complex application development issues.
- Experience with contact center solutions: Amazon Connect (primary), Computer Talk (Ice bar – secondary), NICE - workforce management applications (preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn business processes, IT systems, and program domains.
- Perform software upgrades, patches, and system changes; monitor workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Public Sector / OPS IT Service Management frameworks.
- Willingness to learn new contact center technologies.
