Overview of tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure the operation and administration of virtual environments;
- Ensure the performance, stability and availability of the platforms;
- Ensure vulnerability management (prioritization, processing and monitoring);
- Manage incidents (P3 to P4), including diagnostics, resolution, and coordination;
- Ensure the treatment of problems (root cause analysis) and implement durable fixes;
- Participate in change management (updates, patches, deployments);
- Track and analyze performance indicators (capacity, availability, stability);
- Perform proactive monitoring of environments;
- Collaborate with IT teams (networks, security, desktops, cloud computing);
- Document configurations, standards, and procedures.
