Overview
Job Summary: This position is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of servers, systems, and applications that support Insulet’s corporate and manufacturing operations, including VMware, Linux, and Microsoft technologies. The Systems Administrator serves as the primary liaison and system administrator for all Insulet systems and collaborates with global corporate systems and networking teams to ensure compute, backup, storage, and networking operate optimally to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets (ServiceNow) to ensure IT systems operate as expected and end-user experience is optimal.
- Manage VMware, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat), and Microsoft Windows systems in a production data environment.
