**Position Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and technically capable **Infrastructure Administrator**to join our global IT infrastructure support team. This Level 2/3 support role is focused on operational support and maintenance of Windows-based server environments, with responsibilities that include troubleshooting, patching, monitoring, storage support, virtualization, and assisting with cloud-hosted workloads. A working knowledge of Linux systems is also expected to assist in cross-platform environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows Server environments and file/print services.
- Troubleshoot system issues and respond to incidents related to performance, access, storage, and VM health.
