Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
• Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and partners.
• Accountable for Linux and Windows systems that support AGN infrastructure, ensuring stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization’s core information systems; provide guidance to new SA for smooth onboarding.
• Perform server infrastructure services, including monitoring, patching, and system management.
• Design, engineer, and maintain tools and operations for IT security services and processes to deliver end-to-end security for IT infrastructure services.
