System Administrator (Colombia)

Role Description

The System Administrator plays a key operational role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure. This position ensures the continuous, stable, and secure operation of all systems, servers, and end‑user environments. Working closely with the Network Engineer and IT Manager, the System Administrator will manage configurations, monitor performance, perform updates, and provide hands‑on technical support across Linux and Windows environments.

What you will be doing

• Respond quickly and effectively to cases as part of a close‑knit 24/7 team.
• Monitor streaming equipment using dashboards and logs.
• Ensure all production equipment is fully functional.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues, replacing defective components when necessary.
