A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Knowledge of ITIL and build proficiency in use of ITSM and CSM tools e.g., Service Now
- Work force management knowledge
- Define and document ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, etc.)
- Implement ITIL best practices.
- Create policies, standards and guidelines.
- Track and report KPIs for IT processes and service levels.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation and improvements
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on IT processes to Managed Services
