Sydney | Junior IT Operations Engineer

TFS is the Australia arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition – one of the world's largest interdealer brokers, listed on the Swiss stock exchange and operating in more than 30 countries. Our Sydney CBD office runs a lively trading floor where brokers work the phones to facilitate the operations of global markets. When something on the floor breaks – a turret, market‑data feed, application or a PC – there is a broker on the other side of it with a client on the line. This is a demanding yet rewarding role that sits inside that reality.

You will be the on‑floor IT operations engineer for our Sydney dealing room. Your day‑to‑day covers the PC, laptops, M365 environment and application and tools used, the LAN the floor runs on, and critically the voice dealing platform that the brokers trade over.
