DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Switzerland CommEx Specialist, located in Zug, Switzerland. Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Ensures sales enablement and effectiveness by coordinating the integration of industry‑leading sales management systems and defining sales enablement tools that ensure the Sales Effectiveness area has access to valuable customer insights and is well‑equipped with product and procedural knowledge. Maintains an advanced knowledge of innovative sales and marketing strategies, sales channels and pipelines, and consumer decision‑making processes in order to identify consumer behaviors and formulate engaging sales tactics that support sales enablement objectives.
