Swick's Landscaping is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our landscape construction division throughout Metro Vancouver. This role combines project management, staff leadership, mentoring, and operational oversight. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, supporting site supervisors and crew leaders, developing staff, managing shop operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standards of quality.
