Role Overview
This role is primarily operational with additional Team Leader responsibilities:
- 80% Operational work (Handling customer inquiries via tickets, calls, and chat)
- 20% Team Leader responsibilities, including but not limited to:
1.) Creating and maintaining team schedules;
2.) Supporting agents and answering operational questions;
3.) Quality assurance and performance follow-up;
4.) Training and onboarding of new hires; and
5.) Other administrative and coordination tasks.
Qualifications:
- Swedish native speaker
- Willing to work onsite at our office
- Available to work Swedish office hours
