The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is a United Nations‑related agency dedicated to humane and orderly migration. IOM Philippines operates in the Bicol region, coordinating disaster‑risk reduction and shelter projects, including the Diaspora Engagement and Closing the Loop initiatives. The National Project Officer (Engineer) will work in the Legazpi Sub‑Office to oversee engineering, construction, and field operations during disaster response.

• Support the timely and quality implementation of engineering, construction, and repair activities.
