Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

Arc’teryx has ambitious sustainability goals. As Sustainability Coordinator, you will join a dynamic role at the intersection of innovation and impact. You will focus initially on the Circularity team to help advance our purpose to Leave It Better and contribute to initiatives focused on products built for the circular economy and waste reduction.

Using your analytical skills, you will develop analyses that help teams understand priority gaps and what needs to be done to overcome them in pursuit of our Sustainability goals. You will provide proactive training and real-time support to functional partners in cross-functional teams and onboard individuals and teams to the work. You will create new tools and processes, making existing ones more efficient, and provide support across the sustainability team on important topics.
