Kerzner International invites talented culinary professionals to join One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai as a Sushi Commis Chef. The role will support the Chef de Cuisine in producing high‑quality sushi and other fine dining offerings at the renowned restaurant L’Abysse Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine with daily kitchen operations, including preparation of sushi and other dishes.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen, adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain adequate stocks of food supply and coordinate with other departments for efficient inventory management.
• Participate in staff training and demonstrate effective inter‑department coordination.
• Contribute creative ideas for food displays and presentation, following brand standards.
• Ensure all standard procedures are performed to the highest level of service.
