Surface Stripping & Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Strip paint, coatings, or other surface materials from products using hand tools, power tools, or chemical solutions.

• Prepare surfaces for re-coating, assembly, or inspection.

• Inspect components for damage or defects during the stripping process.

• Dispose of waste material in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintain tools and equipment used for stripping.

• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Document work performed and materials used.
