Surface Fleet Optimization Specialist

Epiroc is seeking a Fleet Management Specialist – Surface in Santiago, Chile, to maximize customer fleet performance and lifecycle value. The role involves collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to improve uptime, productivity, and growth in services.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics and 3–5 years of experience in field service or heavy equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
