Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the tooling activities and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
**Job Requirements**
- Enforcing safety regulations, demonstrating equipment operations, work, and safety procedures to new employees, and verifying that the processes are completed on time and accurately.
- Monitoring and reporting on plating department KPIs, driving actions to close gaps, and supporting continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
- Setting expectations, defining employee goals and objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
- Training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
