Your role at Baxter: The Value Stream Leader supports the manager in coordinating overall performance including safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and inventory management. The position may supervise all value stream functions and employees including the Production Supervisor, Planner/Buyer, Manufacturing Engineer, and production team associates. The role ensures production, product scheduling, planning, materials, sourcing, project implementation, and logistics functions are effective in enabling the value stream to achieve customer‑focused and financial goals and serves as the Lean manufacturing resource responsible for eliminating waste and improving flow throughout the value stream.
