Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of supervision of staff, including recruitment, orientation, staff development and competency training, work schedules, timesheets, etc.
- Managing budgets for unit purchases, including groceries, household equipment/items, administrative items, etc.
- Continuously explore best practices and creative solutions to housing and supportive services for individuals with multiple challenges.
- Develop relationships with individual clients within the housing units to assist with case management meetings, assist with placement decisions and help Supportive Housing Workers address challenging behaviours and/or mediate conflicts.
- Other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Diploma in Social Work with 3-5 years of related experience. Combination of relevant education and/or experience will be considered
