Supportive Adult Mentor Role

Empower adults with cognitive disabilities as an Adult Mentor at Eagle Heart Centres. Provide critical support through mentorship, crisis assistance, and community engagement.
As an Adult Mentor, you will work under the guidance of the Adult Mentoring Team Lead. This role combines empathy with accountability to assist clients in overcoming trauma, addiction, and housing instability. Your contributions will promote client wellness, trust, and skills development while adhering to Eagle Heart Centres’ universal competencies.
